Our pricing for bringing and defending individual claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal.
Simple case: £10,000-£15,000 (excluding VAT).
Medium complexity case: £15,000-£25,000 (excluding VAT).
High complexity case: £25,000 plus (excluding VAT).
The above prices include representation at tribunal for a maximum of three days. For hearing longer than three days there will be an additional charge of £1500 per day (excluding VAT).
Our pricing for multiparty claims:
Where we represent several employees we can do so on a no win no fee basis. Depending on the value of the claim and the number of employees involved we would normally charge between 10 and 30% of any compensation you are awarded (excluding VAT).
Disbursements and any expenses that are related to your case such as court fees, barristers fees, travel and accommodation. Usually these fees are included in the price estimate but where there are additional charges these will be discussed with you before such costs are incurred.

The stages set out above are an indication and if some of stages above are not required, the fee will be reduced. You may wish to handle the claim yourself and only have our advice in relation to some of the stages. This can also be arranged on your individual needs.
The time that it takes from taking your initial instructions to the final resolution of your matter depends largely on the stage at which your case is resolved. If a settlement is reached during pre-claim conciliation, your case is may take a few months. If your claim proceeds to a Final Hearing, your case is likely to take 1-2 years or longer if the judgment is appealed. This is just an estimate and we will of course be able to give you a more accurate timescale once we have more information and as the matter progresses.
